I found the hotel grounds well kept and beautifully landscaped. the staff were genuinely friendly. Ahmed osama at the buffet and italian restaurant gave attentive and professional service. the heated outdoor pool and adult-only areas (i spent most of my time there) were good too.
the air conditioning in some public areas felt a little lacking at certain times.

The resort provides multiple pools for adults and children. easy access to restaurants. The heated pool was a plus. a jetty provides easy access for snorkeling. I did this nearly every day.

Staff responded quickly to requests and provided efficient assistance at all times. Service was particularly prompt in the a la carte restaurants. These were great.

The location is ideal to access main tourist attractions. Transport links were readily available. the resort offered easy access to a beautiful coral reef perfect for snorkeling (the highlight of the trip for me).

The beautiful room featured modern decor and effective air conditioning. Rammie maintained a super clean living space (excellent work!). the room included a well-stocked minibar replenished daily. I used this often.

The family room was spacious. It was cleaned well daily. the room had a number of amenities. i found the standards in the general areas really high. The lobby and around the pools were super clean.
The food was not great. The main buffet area had different options, but the quality was low. the main restaurants were very mixed. Some were not bad, but others were still not great. you had to scan a qr code to view the menu, a pain.

i really enjoyed the several pools. the main pool had many loungers available. i spent time at the private beach daily. it was easy to access and had enough sunbeds for everyone. the resort had four restaurants i ate at. they had diverse options for every meal.
the gym was small and busy during peak hours i visited.

the staff were amazing. they are attentive. the bartenders are quick with drink orders. housekeepers kept my room very clean and tidy .

the hotel is not far from the airport. this made transfers easy for me. several shops are near the main entrance. a short drive gets you to local attractions and markets.
