excellent facilities

wide selection top service

i enjoyed the variety of choices at the buffet, a wide field of options catered to everyone. the meat was cooked to perfection. the chef and his team paid close attention and gave great care to the guests. the management provided top service to each guest.

i found a lack of air conditioning in some bars and restaurants, specifically the vic pub. it was never open . the manager said it opens after 11 pm, but i visited several times and found no staff serving at the bar.

Staff members were super friendly and professional, a highlight of my stay. al sayed made coffee every morning. miami from the entertainment team engaged with us daily. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

the hotel sits directly on the beach. it is positioned atop a beautiful coral reef. this allows for daily snorkeling opportunities. its proximity to the red sea was ideal. there were also many facilities available.

Excellent Hotel Stay

fun activities friendly members

The animation team had friendly members with many fun activities. I also enjoyed the foam party that everyone appreciated. All staff members were always smiling and kind. They assisted in every way possible.

Guests can book only one day in advance with little flexibility. Many tables remained unused some nights.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. It provided fantastic views, wonderful to enjoy daily. The room also included amenities that enhanced the experience, such as a coffee maker.

I found the hotel grounds well-kept and beautifully landscaped. the staff were genuinely friendly. Ahmed osama at the buffet and italian restaurant gave attentive and professional service. the heated outdoor pool and adult-only areas (i spent most of my time there) were good too.

the air conditioning in some public areas felt a little lacking at certain times.

The family room was spacious. It was cleaned well daily. the room had a number of amenities. i found the standards in the general areas really high. The lobby and around the pools were super clean.

The food was not great. The main buffet area had different options, but the quality was low. the main restaurants were very mixed. Some were not bad, but others were still not great. you had to scan a qr code to view the menu, a pain.

i really enjoyed the several pools. the main pool had many loungers available. i spent time at the private beach daily. it was easy to access and had enough sunbeds for everyone. the resort had four restaurants i ate at. they had diverse options for every meal.

the gym was small and busy during peak hours i visited.
